SRA International, Inc., a leading provider of IT solutions and professional services to government organizations, announced that the company won five Brandon Hall Group Awards for Excellence: two Gold, one Silver, and two Bronze medals.
For 20 years the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program has been considered the Academy Awards for the learning and talent industry. Thousands of entrants from all over the world were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
“I’m honored to recognize this group of elite organizations with phenomenal programs across Human Capital Management functions. The winners truly exemplified excellence around the critical business dimensions across the award categories, including a high standard of performance in their organization and demonstrated clear, measurable business results through these innovative programs,” said Rachel Cooke, COO of Brandon Hall Group.
The National Cemetery Administration – Caretaker Training Program is an important blended-learning training project designed to help ensure that VA continues to provide the highest standards of excellence for honoring Veterans and their families. The award team mentioned that the powerful combination of emotional stories (NCA Standards Video) with practical field advice (Caretaker Training Videos) was the reason SRA received a GOLD award for “Best Use of Video for Learning.”
Developed under contract with HR Avatar and SRA, the entirety of the videos were shot by TriVision’s production team on-location at multiple national cemeteries, in addition to providing all-post production work – editing, narration, motion graphics and visual effects.
