Last Thursday we celebrated alongside the Washington Business Journal as they counted down the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the DC/Metro area. Amongst the winners were ThunderCat Technology, Clinovations, and TeraThink. TriVision was a proud sponsor and provided the event with giftbags.
Being honored by the Washington Business Journal is certainly a big accomplishment; there are strict qualifications to be nominated. These qualifications are built in to wean out the weak and celebrate those companies that have maintained growth across three consecutive years.
The Washington Business Journal selected the winners based upon average three-year revenue-growth percentage. In addition to high growth rates, companies must be headquartered in the DC area and have had 2010 revenue of more than $2 million and 2012 revenue of more than $10 million in order to qualify for this award.
