Creating Memorable TV Commercials to Deliver a Brand Promise.

CHALLENGE.

As a customer-centric direct insurer, Elephant Insurance’s brand promise is that people deserve better; hence, they develop products and services tailored around the customer. In 2018, the Richmond-based auto insurer decided to reset its marketing strategy by testing out different messages centered around its new products and refreshed brand promise.

They felt TV advertising would be the most effective medium to reach their target customers and create an emotional impact. The challenge was how to execute this marketing campaign in the most cost effective way without compromising quality and creativity. After a thorough selection process, TriVision was designated to be the creative agency behind the production of these TV spots.

Our pre-production process began with concept and storyboarding where both our creative and production teams came together to create two 30-second and two 15-second commercials. The focus of the core message was what would best amplify Elephant Insurance’s core values AND advertise the new “safe driver” rewards policy to its audience?

Our team was able to successfully deliver all the variations of the TV spots by the expected timeframe, scope and budget. The commercials were aired in multiple states across the country targeting Elephant Insurance’s customer base.
